This Smoothie features "Kale" the leafy green superstar blended with dates & frozen banana. It will have you saying “Oh Kale Yeah!”

Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 cups chopped kale
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 3/4 cup light unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tablespoon flax seeds or flax meal
- 2 dates
Instructions
- Place the banana, dates, kale, lemon juice, almond milk, and flax seeds, into a blender. Cover, and puree until smooth.
- Blend with ice or serve over ice. Either way, enjoy!
