Banana Date Kale Smoothie

This Smoothie features "Kale" the leafy green superstar blended with dates & frozen banana. It will have you saying “Oh Kale Yeah!”

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 cups chopped kale
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup light unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds or flax meal
  • 2 dates


  • Place the banana, dates, kale, lemon juice, almond milk, and flax seeds, into a blender. Cover, and puree until smooth.
  • Blend with ice or serve over ice. Either way, enjoy!
