Dr. Dave’s Favorite Kefir and Oats Breakfast
A heart healthy, probiotic packed, breakfast on the go!
Servings: 2 people
Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cup low-fat kefir
- 2/3 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup strawberries sliced
- 1/2 cup blue berries
- 2 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes toasted
Instructions
- Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight; stir.
- Divide oat mixture between 2 bowls.
- Top servings evenly with berries and coconut.
