Dr. Dave’s Favorite Sugar-Free Pink Lemonade

A superbly refreshing, amazing delicious, and surprisingly healthy sugar free pink lemonade that will keep you cool during these hot summer days!

  • food processor


  • 8 oz fresh strawberries
  • 2 1/2 tbsp granulated stevia erythritol blend sweetener
  • 7 cups water +1 extra cup to add in strawberry puree
  • 1 1/2 cups freshly-squeezed lemon juice about 10 medium lemons


  • Using a food processor, blend the strawberries until they reach a smooth puree-like consistency. Next, add 1 cup of water and blend until combined.
  • In a large serving pitcher combine 7 cups of water and sweetener. Stir until the sweetener begins to dissolve.
  • Next, using a fine strainer or sieve, strain the strawberry juice directly into the pitcher with the water and sweetener. Stir to combine. Next strain in the lemon juice and stir well to ensure that any remaining sweetener is dissolved. Taste and adjust sweetness or water quantity as desired.
