Nutritious smoothie that only takes minutes to make!
- 1 orange peeled
- 1 cup grapes
- 1 pear cored
- 1 cup almond mil soy or rice works too!
- 2 cups fresh kale spinach is a good substitute
- 1 banana
- ice cubes as needed
- Place all ingredients in the blender for 1 minute, or until desired smoothness is achieved.
- Add ice cubes, if using, and process further to desired temperature.
