Vegan Green Smoothie

Perfectly sweetened, full of greens, with a healthy dose of plant protein! This smoothie is great for busy mornings, afternoon pick-me-ups or when you want to get some greens in but you're too busy to sit down to a salad!

  • 1 banana frozen (doesn't have to be)
  • 1 cup mango
  • 2-3 cups spinach
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup almond milk

Optional – instead of mangos

  • blueberries
  • pineapples
  • berries


  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until creamy and smooth. If it's too thin, add more frozen fruit or a handful of ice. If it's too thick, add water or more almond milk until a desirable consistency is reached.
  • Serve immediately. Best when fresh, but you could store it in the refrigerator overnight in a covered jar if needed.
