Vegan Green Smoothie

Vegan Green Smoothie
Perfectly sweetened, full of greens, with a healthy dose of plant protein! This smoothie is great for busy mornings, afternoon pick-me-ups or when you want to get some greens in but you're too busy to sit down to a salad!
Servings: 1
Ingredients
- 1 banana frozen (doesn't have to be)
- 1 cup mango
- 2-3 cups spinach
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 cup almond milk
Optional – instead of mangos
- blueberries
- pineapples
- berries
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until creamy and smooth. If it's too thin, add more frozen fruit or a handful of ice. If it's too thick, add water or more almond milk until a desirable consistency is reached.
- Serve immediately. Best when fresh, but you could store it in the refrigerator overnight in a covered jar if needed.
