Dr. Dave's Favorite Kidney Bean Salad

A protein packed kidney bean salad that is ready in less than 10 minutes!

  • 1 can Kidney Beans 15 oz
  • 1/2 can sweet corn
  • 1/2 cucumber finely diced
  • 1/2 cup parsley
  • 1 spring onion



  • Rinse and drain the corn and the kidney beans
  • Dice up the cucumber and chop the cilantro or parsley
  • Then chop the green onion
  • Get a big bowl and throw in everything you rinsed and chopped. Mix it up!
  • Get a small bowl and add all the ingredients for the dressing. Stir!
  • Mix in the dressing to the salad
  • Eat!
