Pumpkin Spice Smoothie
Eating pumpkin is good for the heart and a smoothie is good for the soul. The fiber, potassium, and vitamin C content in pumpkin all support heart health.

1/2 cup canned pumpkin *NOT pie filling 1/3 cup plain greek yogurt Fat free 1/2 cup almond milk Unsweetened 2 tablespoons rolled oats 1 teaspoon honey 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (Recipe below) 3-4 ice cubes
In a food processor or blender, process all the ingredients for one minute, or until smooth and frothy.
Pour into a glass. Serve immediately.
NOTE: Make sure to buy 100% pure pumpkin and not pumpkin pie filling or mix, which looks similar but can have added sugar.
